Empower your team to think boldly, stay inspired, and approach their work with curiosity. Be a hands-on leader who supports and guides during both challenges and successes.Lead and evolve the social media strategy.Set the vision, strategy, and operational roadmap for flagship social media efforts-encompassing organic, paid, and amplification strategies. Use data, insights, experimentation, and best practices to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.Curate and program social channels as a "Managing Editor."Oversee the editorial programming of social accounts to ensure strategy-aligned, high-quality content. Make informed decisions on what to publish, recognizing that strong editorial choices often outweigh posting for consistency.Collaborate to produce best-in-class creative.Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborations with internal and external teams to develop strong creative solutions.
