RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of excellence, trust, curiosity, and creativity. Empower your team to think boldly, stay inspired, and approach their work with curiosity. Be a hands-on leader who supports and guides during both challenges and successes.
Lead and evolve the social media strategy.
Set the vision, strategy, and operational roadmap for flagship social media efforts-encompassing organic, paid, and amplification strategies. Use data, insights, experimentation, and best practices to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.
Curate and program social channels as a "Managing Editor."
Oversee the editorial programming of social accounts to ensure strategy-aligned, high-quality content. Make informed decisions on what to publish, recognizing that strong editorial choices often outweigh posting for consistency.
Collaborate to produce best-in-class creative.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborations with internal and external teams to develop strong creative solutions. Be present on-site to support your team and collaborators in delivering impactful content.
