JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar budget across digital media channels. The successful candidate will be a data driven individual with a track record of improving campaign performance by using analytics to inform optimization and testing decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for day-to-day management of digital advertising channels, including by not limited to Online Video, Paid Social and Online Display and SEM
· Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
· Accountable for key KPIs including CPQ, CPO, CPV, and ROAS
· Work with agency partner to continually improve performance of digital channels, through optimization and regular testing of creative, targeting, messaging, etc.
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
· Leverages digital media methodologies and tools required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns while balancing business needs
· Work with multiple agency partners to balance SEM and SEO channels to drive incremental volume across Branded and Non-Branded keywords
· Work cross functionally with the product, creative, brand, and other teams to implement and optimize integrated campaigns that deliver against business goals
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital channels
· Support vendor relationships, such as Meta, Pinterest, and Google
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related Business degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
· 3-5 years experience in managing and optimizing the performance of digital marketing channels
· Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
· Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
· Experience working at a media agency and/or managing a media agency is preferred
