Audio-Visual (AV) Installation Technician - 1-Day Project (Downtown Newark)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AV Installation Technician to perform a one-day setup and installation of a conference room AV system for a corporate client in downtown Newark. The ideal candidate will have experience with Logitech video conferencing systems and general AV hardware installation. Professional appearance and client-facing communication skills are required, as the technician will represent on-site.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AV Installation Technician to perform a one-day setup and installation of a conference room AV system for a corporate client in downtown Newark. The ideal candidate will have experience with Logitech video conferencing systems and general AV hardware installation. Professional appearance and client-facing communication skills are required, as the technician will represent on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a Logitech Rally Bar system for a large conference room (up to 12 people).
- Set up and test the Logitech TAP IP touch controller (PoE-based).
- Install Rally Mic Pods (3-5 units) and optional Mic Pod Hubs (1-2), ensuring proper cabling and audio coverage.
- Mount and configure a Samsung 75" QM75C Smart Signage Display, including secure wall mounting.
- Set up and test the Barco ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 wireless conferencing system.
- Connect all components (HDMI, power, PoE, USB) and ensure compatibility and seamless functionality.
- Test all audio, video, and control systems to ensure full operation.
- Configure for Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro environment.
- Wear company branded or unbranded clothing only - no third-party logos.
- Proven experience installing and configuring AV systems in conference rooms.
- Familiarity with Logitech Rally Bar, TAP IP, Mic Pods, and Barco ClickShare systems.
- Ability to handle wall mounting and cable management for displays and conferencing hardware.
- Strong understanding of PoE devices and AV network setup.
- Professional demeanor and ability to follow brand representation requirements.
- Must bring own basic installation tools and ladder (if needed).
