Job Summary

Our 11- week summer internship program will be in person in Atlanta and run from May 19 - August 1, 2025.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in managing and growing our NAPA brand's social media channels. The ideal candidate has experience working with brand social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and generating reports to inform strategy. You will also contribute to creative content ideas that focus on B2B communications, align with our brand voice, and engage our audience. Responsibilities
  • Support in managing and scheduling posts across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, X, YouTube).
  • Monitor and analyze social media analytics, providing insights and regular performance reports. Reports should include Follower Growth, Engagements, Creative Performance, Insights on Content Strategy, and Performance Metrics.
  • Work alongside internal teams to brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Research and stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.
  • Actively oversee and engage with our NAPA community on social by assisting with community engagement. This includes daily monitoring of comments, messages, and mentions, both reactively and proactively and responding in a timely manner.
  • Assist in identifying influencer partners that can help grow brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Prior experience with social media for a brand, including analytics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for brainstorming new ideas and social media posts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and various deadlines at once.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to think critically to identify a problem, research the possible causes, and fix or route to the proper resource to fix it.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for social media and eagerness to learn!
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3.25 GPA or above preferred.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Expected to operate in a professional office environment.
  • The 2025 program will run from May 19 - August 1, 2025
  • The work week is 40-hours
  • Working hours are M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
