Your Day in the Life

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive paid media strategy in alignment with marketing and business goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through targeted media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media efforts are integrated into broader omnichannel strategies, including CRM, social, content, and product marketing.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end media campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital and traditional channels (e.g., search, social, display, video, CTV and emerging platforms).
  • Work with internal and agency creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.
  • Leverage real-time data to implement in-flight campaign optimizations and ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison among internal teams (marketing, analytics, product) and external agency partners.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) to stay ahead of trends, secure beta opportunities, and optimize media performance.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering growth and professional development.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Own and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to spend forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analyses to maximize ROI and guide future investments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and executive-level summaries to key stakeholders.

Audience & Data Insights

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to incorporate audience segmentation and behavioral insights into campaigns.
  • Use zero- and first-party data to design personalized, cross-channel strategies.
  • Develop advanced retargeting, prospecting, and lookalike modeling tactics to engage key audiences,
  • Leverage a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to uncover new opportunities and optimize campaign approaches.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge.
  • Test and scale new media opportunities, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, partnering with legal and IT as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 7–10 years of paid media management experience, including digital media buying, planning, and strategy.
  • Expertise in leveraging platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, TradeDesk/DSPs, and more.
  • Proven ability to integrate paid media with CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Firm understanding of media measurement methodologies including MMM and MTA.
  • Background in managing both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and brand campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience with 360-degree campaigns that include channels such as experiential and influencer will be beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing teams, agency partners, and cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amperity CDP, LiveRamp, and various DSPs).
  • Strong understanding of ad tech (tagging, tracking, and data integrations).
  • Awareness of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for media strategies.
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent, introducing new processes, technologies, or strategies to drive results.
  • This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
