The Media Marketing Analyst will get broad exposure to our Marketing Campaigns and the Digital Media area working with a variety of platforms including social, display, video, and TV. This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week. Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing teams to plan and execute digital media campaigns, including social media, television, search, and displayPartner with external agencies to audit and build out the best media strategy for our customersAssist in analyzing campaign performance metrics and build and maintain reports to track progressCollaborate with creative, customer management, compliance, and ecommerce to ensure we are delivering compelling media campaigns across channelsManage the creative briefs process for the media team in partnership with compliance and our agency partnersTrack and organize digital campaignsStay up to date with marketing trends and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tacticsSelf-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challengesOther duties as requiredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related or 2+ years of relevant work experience working within the marketing or advertising spaceStrong analytical skills and attention to detailDemonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication to a variety of audiencesProficient using Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExposure to working on multiple projects and prioritizing tasksDemonstrated organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Work experience in digital marketing, marketing or digital agencyBasic SQL knowledgeExposure to working on multiple projects and prioritizing tasksPhysical RequirementsThis position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working with a computer and other work-related equipment up to 9 hours per day. Additionally, tasks may include occasional lifting of documents up to 10 pounds.
