Position Summary:
The Digital & Media Associate Marketing Manager will support the development and help execute performance based digital programs that include a mix of eRetail, social media, video, and SEO/SEM advertising, track performance of digital marketing campaigns, and optimize spend and performance based on identified trends and insights. This role will work collaboratively with strategy counterparts as a digital expert and a focus on our eRetail partners and direct to consumer sites. The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the breadth of digital channels, able to support an integrated digital strategy, and drive actions with measurable impact.
Accountabilities

Under the leadership of the (Sr.) Digital & Media Marketing Manager, and in partnership with the brand strategy team, support the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy including plans, creative content, and how to measure & optimize. This includes both brand media plans and shopper marketing.

Assist in the management, execution and optimization of digital marketing channels (paid social, paid search)

Manage and track granular (weekly) performance of ads in platform, including creative management, audience targeting, bids, and budgets.

Gather holistic performance data for mutli-channel digital marketing campaigns, analyze learnings, & develop learnings & implications to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

Support media planning to ensure optimization across digital channels ensuring the right digital content is available to support digital channels (i.e., DCO).

Project coordination & collaboration with key cross-functional partners to develop campaigns and support business strategies on multiple digital properties.

Generate and maintain content planners, calendars, and tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available.

Monitor and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, including ROI & support strategic shifts to media plans based on both annual (marketing mix) and real-time (campaign optimization, A/B testing) learnings.

Collaborate with business units and customer experience teams to optimize user experience. Become the liaison between marketing and UX/eComm teams to ensure all brand strategies are executed optimally across all channels, including brand campaigns, opportunities for content marketing (ie blogs), and A+ product content across all relevant channels.

Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and / or technologies to deliver on KPIs.

Hands on management of holistic brand A&P budgets. Work with EPC finance team to accurately reflect investment levels & spend phasing based upon plans; identify opportunities to reallocate budget to help achieve business goals.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing preferred.

At least 1 year of paid Facebook advertising experience, agency or D2C brand preferred.

Experience working with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager. Experience with YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter advertising, Google Adwords, a plus.

Deep interest in on-going content marketing education by staying on top of the latest best practices and algorithm changes.
Desirable Education, Skills and Experience

3+ years working in digital media
-
At least 1 year of ecommerce experience highly preferred.

Experience with digital advertising & eCommerce tools (Google Analytics, Ad servers, DMP’s, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.

Understanding of marketing funnel & digital marketing tactics.

Strong documentation, analytical and reporting capabilities.

Strong project management skills. The ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal skills; experience working in a complex, dynamic organization and driving collaboration with various key stakeholders.

Motivated independent, self-starter that is comfortable in start-up type atmosphere and is willing and ready to “roll their sleeves up”.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Relationships
- Key relationships internally will include working closely with Brand Strategy, Commercial Acceleration team along with cross-functional team members in Marketing.
Focus of role:
-
Work with brand managers and brand directors to implement brand-specific shopper, Amazon, search programs. Own mid-to-low funnel media executions against the brand goals.

Help execute upper funnel tactics like OLV and programmatic digital with the brand teams.

Responsible for ongoing management and tracking of the A&P budget.

Monitor and measure against agreed upon KPIs for the given media tactics..

The salary range for this position is $96,000 - 144,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
