The Social Media Community Specialist is a key player in the relationship between consumers + Culligan's North America dealership network across multiple platforms. This position is a core member of the Marketing Team and will be at the forefront of effective, engaging communication in the social space for local small businesses.

Specific Job Function:
- Set & implement social media & communication verbiage that aligns with brand voice
- Monitor and report back on feedback and online commentary, partnering with Community Manager to create thoughtful, engaging responses + "surprise & delight" opportunities at the local level
- Own content distribution across platforms for dealer network, partnering with marketing team members to build a functional monthly editorial calendar based off ofconsumer-facing campaigns
- Serve as the brand's advocate, embodying its values and mission while representing it across all interactions
- Act as a conduit between the North American dealership network and internal stakeholders to ensure quality + consistency across their social platforms
- Manage local SEO optimization with North American dealership network, including Google Business Profile, with agency partners and dealership network
- Build monthly & quarterly reporting to assess progress against key performance indicators and benchmarks, increasing the engagement among Culligan's North American dealership audience and building brand equity on new and emerging channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to understand and implement optimal social media practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends, water treatment advancements, and community developments to ensure the brand remains relevant and responsive
Requirements:
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven experience in community management, preferably within the water treatment, environmental or related industries
- Strong understanding of key social platforms such as Meta,Tik Tok, Reddit, etc. while keeping up-to-date on emerging platforms
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and content creation platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers & industry professionals
- Design experience preferred
