With seven open locations and an ambitious franchise program, we aim to expand to over 150 locations in the next 4 years. POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Picklr seeks an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join us in setting the standard for our industry. The right applicant must be a systems creator and a highly analytical thinker with an understanding of disruptive creatives. The role will be to own our paid digital ads efforts for one of the fastest-growing franchise businesses in the country. This will include strategy, compiling asset requests, testing frameworks, execution, performance analysis, optimization, and complex budget and campaign management. Your ad efforts will support each new club's launch and ongoing growth, wider brand recognition, franchise development, and more.

Responsibilities


  • Manage complex and changing paid ad launch schedules, club and corporate budgets, and campaign assets, for 75+ club locations across the US & Canada.
  • Develop the strategic direction of paid media advertising accounts on multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta & LinkedIn.
  • Direct the building and optimizing of the entire advertising funnel, including targeting, ad creative, and landing/product page optimization.
  • Budget management - each club will have varying budgets that will need to be planned for a month in advance and coordinated with our finance team
  • Analyze ad campaign performance, diagnose performance issues, and make necessary adjustments to achieve each brand’s goals.
  • Develop sales funnel tracking solutions across sales channels and work with tech stack partners to garner relevant purchase journey data.
  • Track and report on KPI’s both internally and to the franchisees, monthly
  • Build out processes and consistently conduct A/B testing to improve outcomes
  • Perform maintenance on keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, conversions, negative keyword lists, and other important account metrics.
  • Research keywords, audience demographics, and competitors
  • Provide creative ad copy and display ad templates to the creative team for ideation.
  • Keep pace with paid media advertising and digital marketing industry trends and developments, including new platform opportunities, ad style types, and funnel strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a paid media manager, performance marketing manager, digital marketing manager, PPC specialist, or growth marketing manager.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns for franchise systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in creating processes for managing complex budgets and dynamic campaign schedules
  • The position will require working 2 days a week out of our Kaysville, UT office with 9-5 working hours.
