Position Summary

The Social Media & Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical, tactical, and communications, and marketing support during weekly club events. Additionally, they run the club Instagram Page, and drive membership acquisition and retention through social media engagement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
  • Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
  • Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
  • Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
  • Run club Instagram page
Position Requirements
  • 1 to 2 yeas of experience Instagram marketing
  • 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • CPR and AED Certified
  • Ability to travel as required
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions
  • Excellent customer service and promotional skills
  • Ability to build relationships with members
