Stamm Media Tech is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented and motivated individual who is passionate about the work they do day in and day out.
The primary focus of this position is establishing relationships with prospective clients and elevating current client relationships by identifying, developing, and securing profitable business opportunities for Stamm Media. In this role, you will collaborate directly with various teams across our company to exceed our client's expectations of our services.

The primary focus of this position is establishing relationships with prospective clients and elevating current client relationships by identifying, developing, and securing profitable business opportunities for Stamm Media. In this role, you will collaborate directly with various teams across our company to exceed our client's expectations of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enact strategies to secure potential clients and maintain existing client satisfaction
- Prepare proposals and contract negotiations with prospective clients
- Excel in all areas of communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing excellent customer service
- Ensure proper invoicing and payment procedures are executed
- Maintain current industry knowledge to better serve new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Two (2) years minimum in sales (preferably event sales) and/or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and networking
- Manage a fast-paced, on-the-fly, high-stakes pressure environment
- Willingness to travel, work nights & weekends, and a good driving record is required
- Audio Visual and IT knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
