We are looking for a candidate to provide support to our internal business teams. You will be a central point of contact for finance queries related to purchasing, procurement and spend management.

Key job responsibilities
- Create and update purchase orders in accounting system based on data from project management tool
- Support month end close activities and ensure monthly spend data is correctly transferred to finance tool for month end accruals
- Support Process automation to reduce manual tasks to a minimum
- Cooperate with the internal Finance Operations team to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Collaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queries
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Previous experience in finance and/or project management
- Excellent English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Very good communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Any of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese
- Experience with any of these tools: monday.com, Asana, JIRA, Airtable
