Program Eligibility:
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
  • Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Studio (TN)

How You'll CREATE

We are the studios division. We are based in Nashville TN and specifically at East Iris Studios in Berry Hill. We have a focus around recording facilities. Servicing recording needs from A-Z at a world-renowned facility. As well as recording, we also have other campus businesses around mastering services. Things like Mixing, Atmos mixing, Lacquer cutting on our Lathe, and are base to our QC/QA team.
  • Greet, check in, and welcome guests in a professional, positive, and hospitable manner.
  • Direct and accompany visitors to the appropriate person, studio and office
  • Confidential communication with management staff about daily/ongoing issues.
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Supply replenishment: office, cleaning, stock orders and re-orders
  • Studio set-ups - check studios at beginning and end of day for cleaning changeovers
  • Live Events -help with programming and fliers, set-up and breakdown, checking people in (time-limited)
  • Studio social media Pages - Support Digital Strategy, create, capture and Post under the guidance of Studio Management
  • Website Review and Upkeep
  • Assist with studio tours
  • Plan and oversee studio maintenance/renovations with Studio Management
  • Cover phone lines, direct calls, forward and take messages when needed
  • Act as studios liaison to ensure guests needs are being met
  • Assist our runners/assistants for runs, tasks & duties including upkeep and functionality of our facilities
  • Document & communicate various continuing needs from our cleaning staff
  • Provide executive & administrative support
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Maintenance of main building bathrooms, kitchenettes and Hospitality
  • Thorough handling and answering of all messages sent to the studio's info email address
  • Recording new client information if need be
  • Assisting with billing requests made by Studio Management
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, stocking, and handling expenses and receipts for executive staff members.
  • Order meals for sessions and events as needed


Ideal candidates will have:
  • People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working in musical environment
  • Customer Service driven
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Basecamp & Canva
  • Strong understanding of recording language & studio etiquette and social media platforms*


Studio (CA & NY)

How You'll CREATE

Internship will take place at studio - responsibilities & tasks will be related to audio engineering
  • Session and event set up
  • Assist team members
  • Runs
  • Learning studio operations and roles.


Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience and/or interest in audio engineering / music production
  • Understanding that role will take place mostly in recording studio
  • Immense passion for all things audio

Salary Range:
$13-$25 per hour
