Program Eligibility:
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
  • Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Bravado: Brand Management (CA/NY):

How You'll CREATE:

The Brand Management team works with our artists/clients to deliver full-service marketing support in a variety of categories including strategic planning, brand development, e-commerce, retail, touring, consumer marketing and creative development.

Help with shipping packages, showroom display, notes on calls, recap emails, and assisting brand managers in any way

Bravado: Creative (NY):

How You'll CREATE:

Bravado's Creative Department offers our Artists a creative vision, exceptional product quality, efficient production, brand diversity, and innovation. We invite fans to adventure and engage within the world of the Artist's visual campaigns. Our dedicated team emanates passion, talent, and fandom for music and fashion. We create branding that is authentic to the Artist and their demographics. We identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative merchandise. Our combined and multifaceted talents weave together unique lifestyle brands that encompass the multitude of impactful moments an Artist has throughout their career - past, present, and future.

  • Core Functions: Tour Product Line Design and Curation, eCommerce Product Line Design and Curation, Retail Trend Forecasting & Merchandising, Pop Up Experiences, Production Design and QC, Sample Approvals, and Overall Merch Creative Direction.
  • Scope of Work: Vision, Illustration, Fine Art, Upcycling, Fashion Design, Product Curation, Branding, Logo Design, Cover Art, Photography, social media, Trend-Forecasting, Seasonal Retail Development, City-Specific Local Fine Art Poster Collections, Product Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Brand development


Design duties including mockups, graphic revisions, original illustration if able, presentation/deck building, mood/concept sourcing

Ideal candidates will have:

Fame House: Creative (PA):

How You'll CREATE:

The creative team at Fame House produces creative for UMG's eCommerce business. This spans, site design, photo and video content, motion graphics, product development and creative strategy.
  • Assist with photo and video shoot preparation
  • Assist Creative Strategy with research and briefing
  • Sample management
  • Talent scouting and trend research
  • Ad hoc creative administrative tasks


Ideal candidates will have:
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, keynote and / or PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of fashion techniques and trends
  • Understanding of art/design processes


Fame House: Label Engagement and Artist Services (CA):

How You'll CREATE:

The Fame House eCommerce Team is responsible for overseeing all of our artist official store product launches and marketing activity.
  • Work with store management and our production partners to gather information for upcoming product launches.
  • Review inventory reports and collating recommendations for where product should be featured or restocked.
  • Sweep our stores for sold out product or better use experience recommendations.


Bravado: Licensing (CA):

How You'll CREATE:

You know the happiness and excitement you feel when you find your perfect band tee at Target, favorite hip hop artist's footwear collaboration with Adidas, most beloved indy rock group's jewelry accessories Hot Topic, or nostalgic pop star's Halloween costume online... well that's what we do. We connect our extensive roster of music artists with the leading third party manufacturers and brands to bring everything from tees and footwear to collectibles and spirits products to retailers such as Forever 21, Nordstrom, Khol's, Hot Topic, GameStop, Khol's Walmart, Target, etc...This involves all aspects of business: client/artist relations, sales, product development, PR and marketing, and accounting.
  • Learn to manage the full product development and marketing review process.
  • Organize assets: photos, album covers, logos, and designs, by creating PDFs for review, coding, uploading to software system, and entering meta data.
  • Assist with development of sales tools: artist one sheets, brand guides, and mood boards.
  • Request and house fashion trends from third party manufacturers/licensees
  • Setup new third-party manufacturer/licensees/brands in product development system.
  • Schedule meetings both internal and external: clients/artists, third party manufacturers, and brands.
  • Work with broader team to compile and send out meeting agendas.
  • Handle requests for, keep report of, and ship contractual product samples to clients/artist MGMT.

Bravado: Licensing Sales (CA):

How You'll CREATE:

Bravado's licensing team represents our artist roster for brand collaborations and licensed product. The licensing sales team speaks with top brands all day long about artist partnerships including Funko, Adidas, Lego, BAPE, Market, and many others. We create culture moments for fans that reach beyond tour and eComm.
  • Coordinate calls with brands and sales team, brand management, and artist management
  • Update sales team outreach on Monday
  • Update deal trackers on Monday
  • Maintain department decks including:
  • Licensing pitch decks
  • Case study decks
  • Brand research
  • Lead generation / contact research


Ideal candidates will have:
  • Proficiency in Canva or Keynote
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Interest in pop culture, fashion, streetwear, and collectibles
  • Knowledge of our artists and their lives, interests, and favorite brands


Bravado: Operations (NY):

How You'll CREATE:

The planning department is responsible for forecasting demand and optimizing our current inventory to ensure the success of our ecommerce business. Some of our responsibilities include accurately forecasting demand to place a buy on quantities for launches for our artists, provide and build out ideal assortment plans based on historical product performance and actively review our inventory to ensure that best sellers are being reordered and strategizing ways to move through slower sellers.
  • Help with reviewing our stores to make sure inventory levels look okay and making recommendations on reorders.
  • Make recommendations for sales based on slow movers.
  • Pull weekly sales reports and presentations for the team.
  • Help with artist specific projects such as reports and building out different spread sheets to be provided to management.


Ideal candidates will have:

Bravado: Production (NY):

How You'll CREATE:

Bravado's Production team is the department that gets it all done! We work very closely with all departments, specifically our brand managers and creative leads, to source, develop, and execute all merchandise across e-comm, tour, and supply/VIP.
  • Receive and organizing samples in office
  • Help to revamp the show room
  • Send vendors sample POs + keep tabs on sample tracking from vendors
  • Help with Monday.com set up board for ecomm launches
  • Help with comp pulls/requests from either our in office closet or from the warehouse
  • Help with sourcing requests from brand mgmt (ordering blanks for review, sourcing new bodies, etc.).
  • Send out sample packages from office
  • Help to document production ready dates + xfactory dates and communicating to our warehouse via Monday.com board.


Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft office 365 (Excel predominantly)
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Merchandising/Textile experience and/or knowledge


Bravado: Production: Global Supply Chain (NY):

How You'll CREATE:
  • Market profiling

Bravado: Retail Production (CA):

How You'll CREATE:

Retail production is responsible for accepting PO's and fulfilling orders on retail accounts such as Hot Topic, Fashion Nova, Pacsun, Nordstrom, and Abercrombie & Fitch. We work closely with vendors to create apparel for UMG artists and problem solve any issues that arise and adhere to shipping guidelines for each retail customer.
  • Write PO's in Navision
  • Review samples with design and communicate with vendors via email
  • Communicate with cross functional partners as needed.


Fame House: Store Management (PA):

How You'll CREATE:
  • Assist Store Managers with project management for ecommerce stores
  • Assist Store Managers in setting up & maintaining store environments
  • Lead management on stores as needed
  • Update products, descriptions, images, and other customer-facing information to ensure the store front end functionality is optimized
  • Handle one-off platform updates to shops
  • Monitor shipping rates for accuracy
  • Assist Store Managers by coordinating product restocks
  • Work with Account Managers to make sure all details needed concerning new launches and stores are received in a timely manner from clients
  • Assist with managing inventory levels and inventory reporting
  • Manage comp shipment requests
  • Assist with logistics and warehouse management
  • Work with fulfilment partners and customer service team to provide efficient customer experiences •Conduct periodic reports for clients as needed
  • Assist with using sales reports to make recommendations to drive revenue for clients
  • Work with marketing account teams to ideate and create unique, topical merchandise for clientele
