**Position: Podcast Studio Engineer**

- **Video Skills:** Ability to manage and operate video recording equipment, ensuring high-quality visuals for our podcast productions.
- **Lighting Mastery:** Understanding of studio lighting to create the perfect ambiance and ensure guests look their best on camera.
- **Live Show Management:** Capability to run all equipment simultaneously during live podcast recordings, ensuring seamless transitions and top-tier production quality.
- **Problem Solver:** Quick thinking with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot.
- **Collaborative Spirit:** Great communication skills to work closely with hosts, guests, and the production team to bring the vision to life.

**What You'll Do:**

- Set up, operate, and maintain studio equipment for podcast recordings.
- Manage live audio mixing and ensure sound quality is broadcast-ready.
- Coordinate video capture, ensuring optimal framing, focus, and lighting throughout the session.
- Oversee the technical aspects of post-production, from editing to final mastering.
- Provide technical support and guidance during pre-production planning meetings.
