About the Position: This position is primarily remote, but may need to attend in-person proceedings in Phoenix, Arizona, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:
- Recording on Prevail platform
- Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
- Marking and maintaining Exhibits
- Monitoring and managing the session
- Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Current Notary License for state of Arizona
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Arizona as well as basic national knowledge.
- A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well!
The pay range for this hourly position is $20-$25/hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
