This internal-facing position involves managing, developing, and executing search engine optimizations, strategies, and various SEO related campaigns for all Acadia-owned brands. Platforms used include, but are not limited to, Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress, Salesforce Invoca, and other proprietary systems. Through keyword development, link restructure, onsite and offsite optimizations, and structural improvement, this position will work with senior marketing leadership on improving the online footprint of our organization and increase website traffic. Success is based on optimizing all areas involved with SEO and consistently growing organic, referring, and direct website traffic. This role will also be responsible for researching current SEO trends, understanding changes made to Googles algorithm and adapting, and collaborating with internal teams to create tests, campaigns, and regular updates. Additionally, this roll will be responsible for all analysis, reporting, and presenting of recommendations, regarding SEO.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage all SEO campaigns, including creation, execution, and optimization.
- Manage team-wide SEO projects that may have immediate and long-term due dates.
- Engage in strategic discussions on past, current, and new strategies.
- Develop new SEO marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Application of meta tags, schema markup, snippet building, and other technical aspects of SEO.
- Train and develop team on SEO campaigns, goals, expectations, and best practices.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement SEO strategy and increase overall website visibility.
- Contact external sources to build relationships for link and brand development.
- Implement project tasks, meet timelines, and communicate effectively.
- Communicate project status and deliverables with co-workers, managers, and staff at Acadia facilities.
- Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities.
- Assist in training business and marketing users in maintaining their websites in WordPress.
- Regular perform SEO related tasks, including audits, linking building, reporting, and competitor analysis.
- Operate within current strategy and improving through research, testing, and application.
- Research and strategize to improve overall non-paid traffic to all websites.
- Tracks conversions from SEO efforts through calls, Salesforce, and other Acadia data systems.
- Execute project tasks, deliver based on set timelines, and communicate effectively.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Facilitate staff training on all of the above and more.
- Oversee internal processes and/or focus areas.

WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS:
Normal hours are 8 a.m. 5 p.m., Monday Friday. However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity. This role requires availability outside of normal business hours. Typical office working conditions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or higher in marketing or related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with website maintenance platforms and data tracking systems.
- 4+ years of experience working with SEO testing and complex campaign optimization.
- 4+ years of experience working with complex data analysis, strategy optimization, and EXCEL.
- 4+ years of experience working in account management and marketing strategy creation and execution.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Organic Social, and Link Building.
- Proficiency in tracking: URL, Calls, Leads, and Webforms.
- Proficiency with WordPress and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
- Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
- Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
- English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in SEMRush or similar SEO management tools.
- 2+ years of experience working with SEM strategy and testing.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
