This is a fully on-site position in Oklahoma City, OK.
Job Description- The Technical Writer will work with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
- The Technical writer will create technical documentation including:
- User documentation
- How-to guides
- Integration guides
- Computer systems operation guides
- Product specifications that increase the experience for the digital platform
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications or other related discipline.
- Five years of IT technical writing and documentation experience, graphics and presentation support, and/or maintenance of website content is required.
- Must have substantial knowledge of the capabilities of computer systems and demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
- Workdays: Monday-Friday

Salary Information
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $90,000 to $94,000.
