Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelors degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the healthcare or technology industries.
-Strong understanding of documentation methodologies and best practices.
-Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes is highly desirable.
-Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in the healthcare or technology industries.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
