What you’ll do:
As a Senior UX Designer specializing in onboarding and continued learning experiences, you will create seamless and engaging user journeys from initial product interaction through ongoing learning paths. Your role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand user needs and business goals, translating insights into innovative UX strategies and solutions. You will pioneer the design of intuitive onboarding experiences that simplify user adoption and enhance product understanding. Additionally, you'll refine the UX framework for educational content, ensuring coherence and accessibility across all learning materials. Leveraging your expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping, you'll continuously iterate to optimize user flows and interface interactions, aiming for impactful and user-centric outcomes.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on UI design
- Proven experience designing for enterprise software applications
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to leadership and executives
- Mastery in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Mural, Pendo or WalkMe onboarding tools a plus)
- A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of UX and elevate experiences to a new level
Expectations and tasks:
- Drive UX design initiatives for onboarding and learning experiences, ensuring alignment with product goals and user expectations
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and design systems that enhance the usability and accessibility of onboarding flows and educational content
- Partner with product managers, design leadership, and engineers to translate complex features and functionalities into clear, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Champion design best practices and establish new patterns that can be contributed back to a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across our product suite
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, continuously bringing new ideas and perspectives
- Mentor and collaborate with junior designers and cross teams, fostering a strong design culture
