Role Description:
Designs experiences for acquisition, care or product across all platforms using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Designs, prototypes and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences. Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s digital offerings.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designs experiences for acquisition, care or product across all platforms using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
- Designs, prototypes, and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences.
- Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s digital offerings.
- Has proven, overall design knowledge, as well as expertise in UX design.
- Independently manages multiple projects, as well as a team of employees.
- Responsible for advising and decision-making on AT&T processes, roles and resources related to design.
Experience required:
- 8-10+ years of expert-level, real-world experience in User Experience Design (UX).
- Must have 10+ years of managing projects and teams independently.
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range: $174,100.00 - $261,100.00 USD Annual
