In Prime Video's Customer Relationship and Marketing Tech (CRMT) team, our mission is to build and scale a holistic customer relationship management program and deliver automated and personalized marketing messages to Prime Video customers worldwide. Our team builds, maintains, and obsesses over our customer communication programs delivered in Prime Video’s owned marketing channels and surfaces, including customer emails, app push notifications, WhatsApp, and Amazon.com promotions. Our vision is to make sure every Amazon customer is engaged with Prime Video and the Amazon ecosystem across all points of their lifecycle journey wherever they are.
To help us fulfill this mission, we are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to drive Prime Video's outbound marketing program governance for Email, Push Notification, and WhatsApp channels. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing solution business. In this role, you will lead initiatives to drive program and process improvements for automation outbound, oversee outbound channel and tooling governance, and drive optimizations for our existing email and push programs. You will develop a deep understanding of our outbound marketing tooling and programs, identify product and process opportunities, and design solutions to drive program growth.
This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking, program innovation, invent and simplify, and who can think big while also diving deep. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is customer obsessed, analytical, detail oriented, and enjoys solving complex business problems. This role also requires strong collaboration and relationship-building skills as you will partner with Product and Tech teams, Global & Regional Marketing Teams and Senior Leaders.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for governance of Prime Video’s outbound marketing tools and channels globally
- Own and improve mechanisms for marketing stakeholder engagement, and deliver solutions that lead to longer term program success. Simplify program operations, and add, refine, and remove procedures.
- Partner closely with WW stakeholders, share and learn best practices, and improve program processes to streamline updates and communications
- Measure and improve health of outbound channels and identify opportunities to better serve our customers and stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of our automated marketing programs and the inter-dependencies of the business problems
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
