The projected compensation range for this position is $155,200.00-$257,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr. Web Developer to join our team in Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, project sponsors, and team members. Should be able to articulate program objectives, progress, and risks in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.
- Perform as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned software developers working on a specific project.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordinating of projects, including in the design phase of a project.
- Work with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
- Participate in the development of software user manuals.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent
- Expertise in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
- Possess a deep understanding of web development standards and best practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to develop robust, scalable web applications, to include the Sitecore content management system.
- Proficiency in backend development: experience with server-side programming languages and frameworks. To include ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C# and Java. Should be able to design and develop database schemas and work with backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Should be able to design and develop user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Should be able to identify and solve complex technical problems quickly and effectively. Should be able to troubleshoot issues and debug code efficiently.
- Leadership and mentoring skills: Should have strong leadership skills and be able to mentor and guide junior developers. Should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD Healthcare IT experience preferred
- Experience with web and mobile applications
