The projected compensation range for this position is $92,400.00-$154,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Graphics Designer II to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create, collaborate, and advise on a range of routine-to-complex graphics, publication design and layout, infographics, forms, briefs, illustrations, posters, logos, and website graphics.
- Develop content that clearly presents complex subject matter to various audiences
- Create and edit visual materials while following graphic design principles and elements.
- Examine how graphics are viewed by their customer to ensure messages are communicated clearly and accurately
- Maintain contact with the customer about project progress and deadlines
- Review products for quality control
- Other duties as required
- The Graphics Designer II takes direction from more senior personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years experience. A total of 8 years experience without a degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint to create and edit briefing slides and other presentation material.
- Ability to work on several products concurrently while managing competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design software and tools.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
