We are seeking a motivated developer to join our Enterprise Technologies team where you will be creating a new feature that lives within one of our primary active applications. This opportunity will require you to work closely with another developer while receiving guidance and mentorship from other team members along the way. The ideal candidate will have a curious mind in understanding how different architectures and solutions work in order to evaluate and grow their horizons and skill sets.
Responsibilities
You will be a member of an Agile Scrum cross-functional team developing a new feature for one of the web applications that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

While this position requires individual work, the role will exist in a highly collaborative environment where you will be actively engaged and involved with an Agile project team on a daily basis to deliver meaningful corporate solutions. This position will involve not only web development but also includes interaction with fellow developers and the requirements analyst to more successfully complete tasks.

Qualified candidate will provide technical support to Noblis directed software development solutions and projects, to include:
- Working closely with the lead Developer and actively learning from and helping other team developers
- Operate within an Agile software development environment
- Active participation in the following scrum ceremonies remotely:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Scrums
- Grooming Sessions
- Code Reviews
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- As a full stack developer and member of the cross-functional scrum team, the candidate should contribute to the success of the team by estimating and planning work items, providing input on requirements and UI/UX designs, and developing and testing web-applications
- Presenting working software frequently to the Product Owner, accepting and acting on positive and constructive feedback
- Strive to improve self, team, and process through daily teamwork, communication, idea-sharing, collaboration and problem-solving
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of Object-Oriented principles and classical design patterns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple tasks using Agile Scrum
- Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are extremely important to effectively communicate with team members remotely
- Positive and professional customer and user centric attitude
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in multi-developer teams and with source code control processes
- Experience developing web applications using .NET/C# or similar framework
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with database development using SQL Server or similar system
- Experience with .NET
- Experience working with MVC frameworks
- Experience developing applications using JavaScript frameworks
- Experience in integrating with third party applications such as Office365
- Experience with Agile processes ?

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis total compensation package for employees.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $23.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
