POSITION SUMMARY:

At GOLDLAW, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Design Specialist with expertise in web development, graphic design, and user experience. This individual will play a critical role in shaping GOLDLAW’s online presence, ensuring that all visual and digital assets are engaging, consistent, and aligned with our brand.

Working closely with the Chief of Marketing and Business Development, the Web & Graphic Design Specialist will support business growth by designing and maintaining the landing pages, creating compelling visual content, and optimizing user experiences across all digital platforms. This role will also involve managing graphic design projects for campaigns and events, collaborating with internal teams, and coordinating with external partners to maximize the impact of our brand.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in modern web technologies, graphic design tools, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for crafting visually striking and user-friendly designs that drive results.

Requirements:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


Web Design & Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain GOLDLAW’s landing pages, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and optimization for user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Implement regular updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure website security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce and publish engaging website and social media content.
  • Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Design print collateral, including brochures, flyers, and event materials, that align with GOLDLAW’s branding guidelines.
  • Optimize graphics and visuals for various platforms and devices.


Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across all visual and digital content to ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
  • Develop templates, style guides, and graphic assets for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed to support project execution.


Technology & Tools:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in web design, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Manage design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and WordPress (or similar platforms).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in web development, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
  • Expertise in web development tools and platforms such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong creative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of emerging web and design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and external vendors.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Law firm experience a plus

This job operates in a professional office setting and works out in the field with the public at events as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Manual dexterity, physical mobility, and some physical strength/stamina.
