ELB Automotive Inc is hiring: Service Writer in Chestertown

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a customer relationship manager
• Schedule appointments
• Write Estimates
• Convery all necessary information including cost, necessary parts and work needed to the customer
• Contacting customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs.
• Monitor service progress with each technician

Requirements:

• Work experience and product knowledge may be advantageous
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and knowledge of mechanical software programs
• Two to four years related experience and/or training
