Technical Writers on the Product Documentation team at CoreWeave educate developers on all aspects of CoreWeave's Cloud Services – what they are, how they are built, how to use them, and how to optimize their practices to achieve the best performance. Product documentation is a critical part of delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers. Leveraging the Diátaxis information architecture framework, we empower developers to build Generative AI applications by creating high-quality documentation on effectively utilizing CoreWeave's cutting edge Cloud Services.
Our team is seeking Technical Writers with strong technical backgrounds who are passionate about empowering developers, machine learning and AI, and Cloud infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical writer with experience in Cloud computing technologies OR for an engineer who is looking to move into Technical Writing.
Responsibilities- Technical Writing: Transform SME interviews and source material into comprehensive learning paths for CoreWeave customers.
- Information Architecture: Leverage the Diátaxis framework to create concept guides, how-to guides, tutorials, and reference materials on one or more of our Cloud Services.
- Documentation Development: Develop and manage product documentation using a docs-as-code workflow on Docusaurus; programmatically produce documentation that is highly performant and accessible.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product and Solutions Architecture teams to enable developers to use the CoreWeave platform.

- Minimum of 5-7 years as a technical writer or as a software or infrastructure engineer with strong documentation practices
- Minimum of 5 years working with HTML, CSS, and Markdown
- Minimum of 5 years working with code in a version control system (Git)
- Minimum of 4 years working with static site generators
- Minimum of 3 years working with Swagger, ReDoc, Postman, or similar
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with digital infrastructure such as network architecture, storage backends, and tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, or Terraform
- Experience with Cloud-native infrastructure (such as Object Storage, Cloud compute, serverless computing)
- Experience working with MDX or React
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,000-$165,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
