Staff Product Designer
to join our team. You will focus on designing developer-facing products, shaping their look, feel, and usability to ensure an intuitive, efficient experience aligned with developer workflows.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from visual design of our cloud applications to conducting user research. Your work will be a blend of hands-on design and user interaction, directly influencing product usability and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
UI Design:
Create engaging, intuitive interfaces for CoreWeave's web applications, ensuring a cohesive branded experience.
User Feedback:
Engage with users to gather insights, facilitate testing, and incorporate feedback into your designs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with product goals and technical constraints.
Prototyping and Validation:
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; validate through user testing.
Design Advocacy:
Promote user-centered design principles within CoreWeave.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with UI/UX trends and refine your skills and approaches.
Ideal Candidate Qualities We value diverse experiences and are open to candidates who may not meet every requirement but demonstrate potential. If some of these qualities describe you, we’d love to hear from you:
5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with developer tools or platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise and user-centered principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React bonus).
Experience with user research and translating insights into design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
Compensation and Benefits The base salary ranges from $190,000 to $215,000, based on market, skills, experience, and location. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including:
