Amazon Deliverys Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Manager to join us in shaping products and services that will enable millions of customers worldwide to control when, where, and how they receive and manage purchases from Earths largest selection. As a diverse group of design and research professionals, this means driving innovation for our customer experiences alongside Amazon's ever-evolving delivery, returns, and re-commerce capabilities and services. Key job responsibilities

As a cornerstone of design leadership for our team and the broader Amazon Delivery Experience design organization, you will:

Manage and grow a design team that spans support across an array of products and programs in the organization

Partner with leaders within and outside of the organization to define visions, influence strategies and investments, and drive a culture of innovation

Lead and manage team resources, budgets, and success criteria to align with business priorities and improve design team partnerships

Align and coach your team through continuous improvements in prioritization, efficiency, and personal career development

Educate and advocate for a high bar in design thinking and quality of design in partnership with leaders across the organization

Contribute to the advancement of the design community within the organization and across Amazon

About the team

The Amazon Deliverys Customer Experience team (ADX CX) team is a diverse group of designers and researchers that share our experiences and help each other succeed. We operate within the broader Amazon Delivery Experience design organization that includes teams focused on operational and transportation experiences critical to the success of the holistic delivery journey. We value individuals who drive inspiration, collaboration, and connection by bringing their authentic selves to work and respecting everyones unique voices. We love complex problems, growing in fast-evolving environments, taking action, and learning from mistakes. We champion the customer voice (spoken and unspoken) through objective insights that inform the collective design and increase customer empathy across Amazon. Basic Qualifications

12+ years of design experience

7+ years of leading multi-disciplinary Design teams (ie. visual design, interaction design, user research, etc.) experience

Experience leading a diverse team in the delivery of experiences from end to end (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting to and effectively advising senior leaders outside of design

Experience leading embedding design within product teams for agile design and development collaboration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $162,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $268,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
