Job Description

  • As a Product Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for product vision and strategy, analyzing key market and segment opportunities, understanding customer needs, customer lifetime value, competitive landscape, and reimbursement factors.

Job Duties

  • Business focus is on digital pathology workflow offerings, with a strong background in user experience, design concepts, and customer journey mapping.
  • Develop and articulate the product's value proposition to ensure it meets the needs of target markets and customer segments.
  • Help shape product roadmap and feature development plans.
  • Oversee the creation of product requirements, ensuring delightful user experience, service design, and clinical/operational/financial claims with evidence generation plan.
  • Work with regulatory on health economics, market access and reimbursement plan.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Design / Human Factors, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in product management or design.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Digital Pathology, pathology AI offerings and hospital IT ecosystem.
  • Experience with design concepts, value & data flows, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience in working with international teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Regular travel of 20-30% is a requirement of this role.
