Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Producer to drive the overall delivery, budget, and day-to-day execution of the studio. As the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for driving customer alignment, project scheduling, task management and distribution, and unblocking any issues that may arise across any of the sub-disciplines of the studio. You should have strong expertise in shipped 3D AAA experiences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., game design, project management)
- At least 8 years of experience in game development, including shipped 3D AAA experiences.
- Experience leading and guiding production teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Lead the studio team in the development and delivery of high-quality 3D AAA experiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of producers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, engineering, art) to ensure that all efforts are aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the development process.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the quality of the experiences being delivered.
- Ensure that all experiences are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in game development technologies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
