About the Job
The Communications and Marketing Department oversees the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to promote the IB's products, brand and services. Sitting within the office of the Business Development, the department is responsible for brand management, advertising and promotion, digital marketing, public relations, market research and analysis, content creation, event management, and internal communications. Our aim is to increase awareness, engage meaningfully with our schools and students, and promote the mission while safeguarding our reputation as a world leader in International Education.
The Regional Campaign and Content Associate (Retention) manages all planning and implementation of regional marketing content and campaigns to retain and grow current International Baccalaureate (IB) schools and student cohorts. This role will deliver key retention and onboarding projects, optimise existing IB school journeys and experiment through a creative test and learn approach to cross-selling and customer loyalty. This role will also be responsible for delivering strong retention rates whilst driving school yield and value across digital and print campaigns.
This role be comfortable with retention analytics and confident presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders in IBO.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional teams to tailor and execute agreed global and regional marketing campaigns Create, execute, and continually optimize a data-informed testing plan. With respect to regional campaigns designed to delight, inform and enthuse current IB schools.
- Support on forecasting, measure, and report on results of retention efforts against identified metrics and opportunities for scale.
- Collaborate with Development and IBWS department to maintain consistent brand voice and define regionally relevant messaging.
- Help drive the building and optimization of IB school accounts and loyalty program.
- Drive the execution of customer retention efforts as International Baccalaureate Organization continues to scale growth, expand channel mix and drive lifetime value by building loyalty for unique IB school segments.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in International Baccalaureate Organization to drive long term value and reduce churns/skips.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an understanding of what resonates with customers and optimize content/messaging accordingly.
- CRM, subscription, or loyalty program experience.
- Several years relevant work experience, in at least similar size organization and portfolio in a direct marketing role with experience of online and offline channels including at least one of either direct mail or email that heavily focused on customer retention.
- Have an understanding or experience of retention, lifecycle marketing and/or subscription models as well as CRM platforms.
- Committed to customer satisfaction, delivering an excellent in-life experience through content marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in the written word in order to deliver campaign copy and ability to assemble creative briefs.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
