- Create visual content and develop and design graphics for digital, including paid advertisements, social media, and site.
- Drive seasonal campaign development and integration across all customer touch points.
- Partner cross functionally each season with brand marketing brand and merchandising to help develop compelling marketing strategies and programs in line with the brand vision.
- Ensure brand consistency. Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the Gap's identity and goals.
- Follow design trends and best practices.
- Have an eye for fashion and editorial and present competitive inspiration.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Work well in a fast environment with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work accordingly.
- Strong presentation etiquette.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Anticipate operational/program issues and develop preventative measures.
- 3+ years of graphic design experience in fast-paced creative environments.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- The ability to create light motion graphics is a huge plus.
