As a Program Manager on our growing Stand Together Music, Sports & Entertainment (STMSE) Team, you will play a key role in advancing our mission to drive positive social change by leveraging the unique power of music. In this role, you'll support our Music Partnership Business vertical by managing cross-functional projects, fostering internal and external partnerships, and overseeing business analytics and reporting. You'll be instrumental in maintaining systems that ensure consistent, high-impact operations and support ongoing collaboration across our music partnerships.

What You Will Do
- Project Management and Operations: Oversee multiple projects by managing workflows, timelines, budgets, and status communications. Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to drive efficiency and results.
- Strategic Partnership Activation: Develop and execute in-venue activations that align with STMSE strategies, creating value for venue partners and enhancing our collective impact on social progress.
- Process Improvement and Reporting: Conduct after-action reviews, assess project health, capture key learnings, and apply insights to improve future initiatives. Maintain core knowledge systems for tracking and sustaining project outcomes.
- Customer-Centric Delivery: Anticipate challenges, identify solutions proactively, and build positive relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Industry Insights and Innovation: Stay informed on trends and best practices in music industry and activations, incorporating new ideas into the Music Partnership strategy to maintain competitive relevance.
- Resource and Vendor Management: Build relationships with partners and vendors to enhance program deliverables, manage project logistics, and ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of project management experience within marketing, working closely with creative, strategic, and legal teams in complex environments.
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships or experiential marketing, particularly in live entertainment, music, or sports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Expertise in creating activation marketing plans, promotions, and proposals, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and promotional concepts.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Proven vendor and agency management experience, with a solid understanding of creative development processes.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Airtable) and experience using structured methodologies to support efficient project delivery.
- Aptitude for learning and applying new concepts, with an interest in pop culture, sports, and entertainment industries.
