As UX Designer , you’ll work as part of a dynamic agile scrum team, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and federal government customers to research, propose, and develop design components for a public-facing suite of federal government web applications.

What you’ll do: You will work as part of a highly collaborative, high-performing agile scrum team, working with analysts and developers to refine requirements, propose design components, and enhance the usability of features for a public-facing suite of federal government web applications. You will participate in all agile ceremonies and serve as the Design SME across multiple cross-functional teams. What you’ll need to succeed: Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability 3+ years' experience as a UX Designer supporting a web-based application 3+ years' experience using design tools including AdobeXD, Mural, and Invision to create userflows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups 3+ years' experience developing UX artifacts supporting design research and architecture 3+ years' experience conducting user research, testing designs with end users, synthesizing system data, presenting findings to different stakeholder groups, and finding qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate designs Strong understanding of business requirements and how they impact design and a user's digital experience Experience using Atlassian suite of tools in support of large-scale development in a kanban or scrum environment To apply for this position, please submit your resume via the form below or through our careers page:https://www.metrostar.com/jobs/ Application Deadline:
