Job Description:

We are seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery leads, subject matter experts, IT, and end-users. The role focuses on ensuring that case management systems align with business requirements and are supported by clear, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with teams to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications.
•Define business outcomes and data requirements associated with case management use cases.
•Develop high-quality technical documentation, including workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
•Publish step-by-step process instructions to achieve business objectives.
•Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency to align with system functionalities.
•Organize and structure documentation for ease of understanding and navigation.
•Produce clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences, including end users, system administrators, and developers.
•Provide feedback from a user perspective to improve system usability

Required Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in analyzing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment.
•Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages (3+ years).
•Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5+ years).
•Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis (3+ years).
•Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail (5+ years).
•Effective communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
