Insight Global is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join one of our large financial clients on their Markets Operations and Planning team. This individual will collaborate closely with product owners to determine requirements and translate them into user stories, ensuring a seamless user experience. They will transform these requirements into Agile/JIRA-based stories and develop mockups or designs to draft the story. Their responsibilities will include creating solutions and designs, and guiding technical and business stakeholders through the process to finalize and transfer these to the development team. This position involves working on a web-based application used internally to facilitate market planning and participation.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in UX design
Expertise in creating user-centered designs and transforming requirements into Agile/JIRA-based stories
Experience effectively collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, product owners, and other designers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using Figma for UI/UX design
