Insight global is searching for a Research Analyst to join the team under the mentorship of the Research Director for a large entertainment company. This person will be responsible for working with customer viewership and behavioral data to gather, clean, analysis and map. The data will come from multiple different sources varying in size, format and governance. This person will be work with the data via Excel, Tableau, Power BI and STATA to analyze and pull insights from the data. They should have the ability to learn from the team while taking those skills and working independently.

Required Skills & Experience
-3 + years of experience working with data related to entertainment and media viewership
-Experience pulling and receiving data from 3rd parties such as streaming companies, Antenna & Nielsen
-Advanced Excel skills for Pivot tables, Vlookups, macros, charts and graphs
-Experience using STATA, R and PowerBI for data analysis & visualization
-Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, outliers and prepare insight recaps to present via Power Point
-Hands on experience mapping data sources while maintain metadata in syndicated and internal databases and data processing work
-Great communication & presentation skills
-Ability to work independently & in a team environment
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
