About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Creative Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in managing the operational infrastructure of the creative group, ensuring that all activities are in line with budget targets. This role requires a highly motivated, organized, and collaborative individual with a deep understanding of the creative process across multiple channels. Responsibilities include partnering with various teams on client budgeting and planning, implementing process improvements, and managing team utilization and capacity planning. The VP will also be involved in overseeing creative project estimations, staffing, and SOW requirements, as well as managing freelancer partnerships. Applicants for the VP, Creative Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a PMP certification. A minimum of 6 years' of agency experience is required, with a background in finance or accounting being a plus. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have a collaborative work style, and be adept at managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and the ability to embrace change are essential. The role demands a professional with unwavering integrity, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a desire to grow within the agency.
