Overview
Stress Engineering Services, Inc. is a leading engineering firm providing engineered solutions and professional consulting services across a wide range of engineering disciplines and industry sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual with a minimum of 3 years of corporate marketing and communications experience to join our team as Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play an important role in planning, executing, and managing various marketing initiatives such as branding, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, trade shows, and events.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging written content for website copy, social media posts, blog posts, brochures, email content, press releases, newsletters, and scripts.
- Support social media campaigns across multiple platforms by generating engaging content (text, images, video), scheduling posts, fostering employee advocacy, and analyzing/reporting performance.
- Regularly update company websites with compelling copy, imagery, effective design, and elements optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Review and report on analytics.
- Assist in the coordination of events including assisting with planning, pre-show promotions and logistics, as well as creating collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide graphic design support for marketing materials in both print and digital formats.
- Assist with the design of presentations, demonstrations, and generating photo and video content to enhance our brand storytelling efforts.
- Assist with the development and execution of email campaigns for company events, news, and promotions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to produce persuasive marketing copy, design digital and print materials, and create dynamic content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
- 3+ years of related corporate marketing communications experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience preparing content and running social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), as well as an understanding of social media metrics.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and the ability to create / edit HTML for email and web.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, and the ability to incorporate keywords into strategic content marketing practices. SEMrush and Google Analytics 4 experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook a must.
