ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Assist in the updates of marketing collateral files - price books, consumer brochures, etc.
- Support marketing team in organizing various projects and events
- Assist in website maintenance and the delivery of engaging content
- Assist in composing and posting compelling social media content
- Assist in the creation of email marketing content via Click Dimensions platform
- Assist in updating PowerPoint training presentations used by salesforce
- Maintain accurate inventories of all marketing related collateral and promotional items
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM database
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of work experience in marketing
- Expertise of the following tools is required:
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Acrobat Pro
- Word Press
- Photoshop
- MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of the following tools and skills is a plus:
- Sketch-up 3D Modeling
- Video Editing
- Click Dimensions
- Canva
- Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion.
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
