About the Role

The role is pivotal in the execution of live buy and sell-side transactions within the media and telecoms sector, and the Vice President will be expected to oversee financial modeling, and valuation analysis, and manage a team of analysts to ensure the smooth running of various workstreams. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of prior experience, with a background in a similar role at another investment bank. The Vice President will be part of a broader team that covers M&A, Restructuring, and Debt/Equity Capital Markets advisory across various sectors, and as such, a strong foundation in these areas is essential. The role demands a high level of expertise in the media and telecoms industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing and executing complex financial transactions.
