About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Social & Paid Media to join their digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with both internal and external media teams to develop and execute strategic media plans and partnerships. This role involves overseeing programmatic, mid-funnel, and social media team members, and providing subject matter expertise in various digital marketing channels. The Head of Social & Paid Media will also be tasked with measuring and reporting on performance, supporting the Director in managing multiple media contacts, and presenting strategies and key learnings to senior leadership. Applicants for the Head of Social & Paid Media position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' paid media experience, with a strong understanding of the paid media landscape, including programmatic display and video, social media, TV/CTV, audio, content marketing, and emerging platforms. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is required, and a mix of agency and client-side experience is highly preferred. The role demands a candidate with excellent analytical skills, a collaborative and adaptive work style, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Head of Social & Paid Media will be expected to be solutions-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve and present data-driven solutions, and to be comfortable with ambiguity while developing action plans based on available information.
