Position Overview

The Manager, Media Operations is accountable for supporting the transformation of how OMG's global accounts achieve data excellence through implementation of technology and operational support model. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy team builder to take on a high-profile leadership position driving change within one of the world's largest media groups.

In this role, you will draw upon your skills to successfully setup and manage processes, data pipelines and OMG Media Operations platforms that enable global, regional and local media planning and delivery teams to capture and report on media investment data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure successful value realization of our suite of Media Operations solutions and operational support model across OMG's global accounts, including active assessment of media data and issue resolution
  • Identify business needs and drive design and implementation of process, tools, and technology to meet those needs
  • Implementation and optimization of governance process, adapted to client's structure, decision-making, and processes
  • Engaging assigned regional and local media planning and investment team members to assess data quality scores and actively remediate identified issues.
  • Produce monthly account, region and country-level scorecards on data quality that feed into executive-level governance reports.
  • Participate in global, regional and local Media Operations meetings, sharing best practices, successes and learning opportunities
  • Engage with OMG Product teams to raise and remediate identified tool issues and opportunities for improvement

Expected Outcomes
  • All agency and client team members have access to the tools and technology necessary to perform their jobs
  • Media plan data of OMG's global accounts are captured in a timely and accurate manner
  • OMG's global accounts have all consistently implemented the defined process
  • OMG's global accounts benefit from tools that facilitate execution of the process
  • Critical data quality KPIs are captured across OMG global accounts and delivered on a monthly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of agency media operations processes from briefing to final delivery
  • Advanced Excel skills, including use of formulas, functions and visualizations (charts, graphs, etc.)
  • Digital marketing background possessing a strong understanding of ad tech and media booking, billing and delivery platforms
  • A knack for creating structure where none exists, balanced with real-world pragmatism
  • Ability to balance process and structure with flexibility and speed
  • Ability to collaborate with peers across regions globally
  • Problem solver, not afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Adept at thinking in terms of systems but also mindful of the human side of work process
  • Comfortable developing technical and project documentation as well as team presentations
  • Comfortable with navigating large agency networks and client organizations
  • 2+ years experience media planning and/or investment

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$67,000-$95,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
