About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chair for the Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Sciences. This leadership role is pivotal in driving transformative healthcare delivery and research initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership to drive program and service growth, as well as being accountable for the clinical and academic performance of various divisions within the department. The Chair will also be a key figure in the practice plan partnership, with a focus on fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Applicants for the Chair position must be an Associate or Full Professor in the field of Otolaryngology, certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, and licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading clinical operations and administration, with a deep understanding of the complexities of academic medicine.
