(W)right On Communications has an opening for a Senior Graphic Designer with 7+ years of graphic design experience including some agency and multi-sector / industry experience with strong branding, marketing communication and web design and video editing experience preferred. Responsibilities: The Senior Graphic Designer an agency position responsible for overseeing client partner creative services inclusive of graphic design, branding, print, digital/web, marketing communications including content marketing, multimedia, animation, motion graphics, photography and videography. This position is also encouraged to expand the agency's capabilities into ethical and human-guided AI creative concepting and production, virtual reality, augmented reality and holography (3D). It also contributes to agency growth, team member development and client partner overall branding and visual storytelling strategies. Reporting to the agency President, the position of Senior Graphic Designer: Oversees the agency's Creative Services projects and delivers a wide range of creative outputs to bring client partner brands and campaigns to life Develops creative strategy and executes or oversees implementation including managing Creative Services team member(s) and collaborating with other agency employees and outside contractors as needed Maintains strong client partner relationships through proactive communication, brand management and quality assurance Maintains best practices and introduces new approaches by leading, staying current with and sharing trends and recommending agency investments in digital design, technologies and other capabilities Works with the agency President to ensure agency resources are managed and optimized to meet client partner deliverables and expectations Provides creative project management and internal reporting Responds to, identifies and pursues new business opportunities from lead identification through proposal development and design with a focus on Creative Services projects Supports agency brand, marketing and promotion through Creative Services strategies and execution as well as public speaking and community relations such as board and committee positions Sources and manages agency internal and contracted resources for optimal program performance including recommendations for recruiting, hiring, promotion, contracting and termination. Manages and develops direct reports through annual performance reviews and goal setting as well as monthly coaching and goal setting Completes other assigned duties and responsibilities that are not outlined in this job description and as may be aligned with the agency's mission and core values Is available for travel as required What we expect from you: You have at least 7 years of creative services experience with client campaign and project management You're current with creative trends, have strong vendor relationships and bring a versatile design skillset with robust portfolio You understand how to develop and implement content marketing campaign designs, infographics, annual reports, websites, e-newsletters, social media graphics, videos, animated graphics and PowerPoint presentations You take initiative and enjoy conceiving fresh ideas and innovative approaches for client partners and/or the agency You're comfortable managing budgets, timelines and teams to meet or exceed client partner expectations You're curious about the world around you and understanding your client partners' businesses, services, products, industries and customers You thrive in a multi-tasking environment, are curious and constantly learning, and demand the best of yourself no matter the task You seek to grow with the best, enjoy collaborative processes and want a workplace where your work ethic is recognized and appreciated You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in commercial or graphic design You are available for occasional travel You are ambitious and looking for an environment with a clear path to grow in and advance your role The Senior Graphic Designer position is a dynamic and challenging role in a fast-paced environment with tremendous career potential for the right candidate.
