We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketer to join our emergency restoration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating and executing digital campaigns, and generating leads through various channels. You will also capture live content at emergency restoration sites, support marketing and sales teams, and represent our company at local events and association meetings.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Visit restoration sites to capture live photos and videos. Develop and schedule engaging posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Document before-and-after shots for marketing and case studies.
  • Digital Campaigns & SEO: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Implement SEO strategies to improve local search rankings and ensure website content is optimized for search engines.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and newsletters to engage leads and nurture client relationships.
  • Website Management: Regularly update the company website with fresh content, including blog posts, case studies, and promotions. Ensure SEO optimization with localized keywords.
  • Support Marketing Manager & Sales Team: Assist with daily marketing activities, project management, and collaborate with the sales team on strategies and customer engagement efforts.
  • Networking & Event Attendance: Attend local trade shows, association meetings, and community events to network and promote the companys services. Document these events for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track digital marketing performance, including website traffic, leads, and ad performance. Analyze disposition calls in WC 2.0 for lead quality insights. Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Reputation Management: Manage and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google and Yelp. Develop strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and enhance the companys reputation.
  • Crisis Communication: Assist in crisis communication during natural disasters by ensuring timely digital updates across all channels.
  • Visual Content Creation: Develop visual marketing assets such as infographics and brochures, ensuring branding consistency across all materials.
  • Lead Nurturing & Retention: Implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel and retain customers through follow-ups and exclusive offers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in creating engaging on-site photo and video content for marketing purposes.
  • Familiarity with website management tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
  • Willingness to attend local networking events and association meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Photography/videography skills for capturing live content.
  • Comfortable working in emergency and on-site environments.
