In this role, you will drive retail sales, enhance mission awareness, and manage a team responsible for social media and videography. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development - Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Operations to design marketing strategies that align with our mission and annual business goals.
- Digital & Web Management - Oversee website content and design, employing SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
- Email & Content Marketing - Manage automated email communications for Good Rewards loyalty members and other audiences.
- Campaign Strategy - Develop and manage text message campaigns and discount programs, leveraging data insights.
- Event Planning - Organize marketing events and fundraising initiatives to boost donations and sales.
- Team Supervision - Lead and support the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator and the Marketing Videographer & Photographer, fostering professional growth.
- Quality Assurance - Serve as the primary proofreader for departmental content, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
- Innovation & Research - Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies to enhance digital and social media strategies.
- Social Media Leadership - Direct and analyze social media strategy, monitoring engagement and campaign performance.
- Creative Direction - Manage videography projects, ensuring alignment with our goals and audience engagement.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or nonprofit sectors
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and event marketing
- Proficiency in SEO, content management systems, and email marketing automation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and proofreading skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
